Attachment disorders is a psychological model attempting to describe the short- and long-term interpersonal relationships between human focusing on our four different attachments in relationships.
Secure Attachment occurs when children can rely on their caregivers to address their needs for proximity and emotional support and protection.

Anxious ambivalent Attachment occurs when the child is separated from their caregiver.

Anxious avoidant attachment occurs when the child avoids their parents.

Disorganized Attachment occurs when there is a lack of attachment behaviors.
