“At the heart of intervention, the family is the patient.”
Therapeutic Family Coaching equips families with the tools for effective communication. Unlike family therapy, it focuses on setting goals, recognizing barriers, altering problematic behaviors, and fostering empathy among family members. It promotes the cultivation of understanding, love, and a sense of security. The presence of a neutral third party can facilitate the development of a new, positive internal dialogue.
Our goal is to treat the whole family offering family coaching to families who face multiple challenges with a loved one’s addiction or mental health conditions.

Denial is a common struggle with addiction or mental health diagnoses. Providing accountability through support groups help participants stay on track with their addiction recovery through shared experiences.
It often takes outside help to address mental health issues and pave a way forward to recovery. If left untreated, a mental illness can be debilitating. Early intervention is an effective way to help manage a mental health issue.
