Message from our Founder

Patricia Pike, LAADC, CADC-II, ICAADC, CIP and CCIP is the CEO of CanAm Interventions, Addiction and Family Specialist. She has over 25 years of onsite experience specializing in substance abuse, behavioral and mental health challenges. Ms. Pike and her staff at CanAm Interventions have a proven track record of conducting successful interventions worldwide.

CanAm Interventions is a team of trusted certified professionals who specialize in working with individuals suffering with untreated alcoholism and drug addiction, prescription pain medication dependency, complex mental health challenges, and providing support services for individuals and their families with our home offices based in California. We are available to engage in services throughout the United States and Canada.

Brief interventions and case management are a multi component of non-traditional interventions. Our services include a collaborative process of evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination. This can help clients in crisis who are resistant to accepting professional help.

We understand that no two clients are alike, and we are fully aware of the complexities of substance abuse and mental health challenges. We are also experienced in providing support with open court cases, restraining orders, hospital holds and setting up treatment plans to meet the needs of our clients.

Matching Client

We have been working with clients for over 25 years. We understand the complexities of addiction, mental health conditions and how families and friends are affected. By accessing professional help, recovery starts the process of healing.

Intervention Services

Evidence has shown that some people have a genetic predisposition for developing mental and substance use disorders. Professional and family support can play a major role in helping a loved one with mental and substance use disorders.

Case Management

At CanAm Interventions, we provide wraparound services, tailored interventions, and case management to meet the client’s needs. With a variety of aftercare services, we want to find a solution that works for our clients and their families.

We have a highly trained team of professionals specializing in a variety of intervention and therapeutic modalities. This enables us to offer case specific support for the needs of each individual, and their loved ones suffering from addiction, mild to complex mental health diagnoses, and trauma.

Through the initial interview we are able to assist in admission that one has a problem, establish behavior patterns, set recovery or therapeutic treatment goals, and determine approaches best aligned for the clients needs.

Our modalities include, but are not limited to, crisis management, traditional and non-traditional interventions, family coaching and case management. The first step may start with managing a crisis situation or family coaching prior to performing a more traditional or nontraditional intervention. We also offer therapeutic services for those who may not be ready to move forward with a formal intervention.

The courage to change starts with reaching out. Every case is urgent, and we understand that accessing professional help is difficult, but it is a lifesaving mission.

The courage to change starts with that very first contact from a person reaching out, asking for help. We take every case as a 911 case; we understand interventions or accessing professional help is a lifesaving mission to help a loved one. We are here to hand hold you through the entire process, guiding you through every step from that initial call to our after-care wraparound services.
